JANITORIAL AND CUSTODIAL SERVICES: Darkhorse offers a wide variety of services for those in need of Janitorial and/or Custodial servicing. Routine and scheduled services include trash removal, carpeted and hard floor servicing. From simple sweeping and mopping to Steam/ Shampoo cleaning of carpeted surfaces, cleaning up upholstered furnishings, strip/wax/buff and sealing of hard floor surfaces to include tile, vinyl, wood, concrete, LVT, Linoleum and CVT. Cleaning and sterilization of work surfaces, to include the capability of ionic sterilization for food service and medical facilities. High and Low Dusting, Interior and Exterior Glass Surfaces, Entryways, Walkways and Stairways, Offices, Breakrooms, Restrooms and every other room your facility may have that needs our services. We offer the peace of mind knowing it will be done right, and that your facility will remain in the pristine and welcoming condition as opening day!
GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND LANDSCAPING: We also offer our services outside of your facility! From Scheduled Mowing, Trimming, Edging, Trash and Debris Removal. We will ensure your facility is professionally maintained and looking at its best, year round. We can maintain your irrigation system with our TECQ certified technicians that are trained to perform repairs as needed, testing and programming of your system, and checking the functionality to ensure your system is operating at peak optimization, thereby avoiding costly mishaps and wasted money due to leaking and damaged system components.
EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE: So the inside and outside of your facility is looking good and operating as it should. But what about the Facility itself? We got you covered there too! From seasonal pressure washing of the facility exterior, cleanup and maintenance of the parking area, and don’t that dumpster corral that has suffered from spills and leaks. We got it taken care of. We also offer with our contracted services to perform inspections of the facility and its surroundings, looking for evidence of rodent, insect or other nuisance situations which occur from time to time. We also offer services to repair foxholes, install and replace parking signage, resurfacing, blacktopping and even restriping of your parking area(s).

We offer routine preventive maintenance services, which include periodic inspection and functionality checks of your Heating and Air, Plumbing, Electrical, Lighting and other systems you may have. We can incorporate our famed Lifecycle Management Program which will monitor your systems and handle routine filter changes, fixture adjustments and even light bulb replacement and/or adjustments.
With our Facility Maintenance Services we also are available to handle those one off type of occurrences.
