We perform the demolition, removal of the debris and material to be disposed of within the laws and regulations that govern the proper disposal. Our team will confer with your Project Management and/or Site Superintendent to establish a schedule and plan to ensure that all details within the specifications are followed and adhered to.

Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) Installation: Darkhorse has experienced personnel to perform Furniture, Fixture and Equipment Installation services for your construction project. From residential, to multi-family, restaurant, shopping establishments, big box and even hotels. Our crew will ensure it is done to specification and our representative will consult with your team to ensure a efficient and effective schedule is produced, reviewed and adhered to. Our Quality Control Specialists will inspect to ensure proper installation, absence of residual damages and work with our project management team to ensure timelines and specifications are followed to the most minute of details.

Site Cleanup and Final Cleaning: Darkhorse specializes in site cleanup and final cleaning services. From single construction to shopping plazas and strip malls, Darkhorse is experienced in performing these functions to completion offering the highest quality end result. Once our team has performed their duties, our Quality Control Specialist then inspects to ensure the standards are not just met, but they are exceeded. All debris and materials removed during the process are removed and disposed of eliminating the need to revisit and remove those items at a later time. At Darkhorse we know that Final Cleaning is important, as this is the last step prior to handing the project over to the owner. And this is the impression that will be detrimental to keep a repeat client.
