DARKHORSE GOVCON, LLC - Is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Small Business that offers Facilities Services and Emergency Response/Recovery Services across the Nation.

DARKHORSE was originally founded in 2009, in Spring Lake, North Carolina. Spring Lake is adjacent to Fayetteville, NC and Fort Bragg. Our mission of serving as a support element to other Defense Contracting companies, Private Military Companies and Federal Agencies performing Logistics, Special Operations and Support functions. In 2010 Darkhorse relocated to its formerly established corporate office in Fayetteville, North Carolina near Downtown. In 2015 Darkhorse had closed its corporate office in Fayetteville and relocated to Texas.

Darkhorse established its presence in Killeen, Texas which is located adjacent to the US Army’s Fort Hood. Continuing with its mission, Darkhorse also added Construction Services to its capabilities and also began serving the private sector through performing renovation, repair and facility maintenance services for retail and big box customers. Darkhorse remained in Killeen, TX from 2016 throughout 2020, which as a result of COVID and ending of the main efforts of the Global War on Terror, Darkhorse leadership made the decision to again close its doors in order to regroup, restructure, and relaunch. This time Darkhorse would hoist its flag and establish its Corporate Office in Fort Worth, TX.

Fort Worth being our Funder and CEO’s hometown, this would remain the final location for the Corporate office of Darkhorse and serve as it’s established headquarters permanently. In 2021 Darkhorse now located in Fort Worth began serving the Private Sector providing Facilities Services to its Commercial, Retail, Privately Owned businesses and Educational Facilities.

In 2024, Darkhorse established its Government Contracting Division, which also took over as the main Governing Body of the Organization. While becoming fully operational in November of 2024, it didn’t take long before Darkhorse was called to activate its “Red Team”. Darkhorse’ Red Team is their Special Operations Branch, which performs HAZMAT, Natural Disaster and National Emergency Response, Support and Recovery. December 3rd of 2025, Darkhorse deployed its Red Team to the Asheville, NC area supporting the response and recovery mission as a result of catastrophic damage caused by Hurricane Helene.

Today Darkhorse is in full swing of operations, while DARKHORSE GOVOCON serves as the Headquarters and Government Contracting Division of the Organization, which serves the Continental United States, outlying territories and the Caribbean Region. Darkhorse has its Commercial Services Division, which currently performs facilities services for Commercial and Retail Facilities across the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex, the Commercial Services Division performs Facilities Service for Commercial, Retail, Multifamily Communities and is a preferred vendor to Multiple National Facility Management Companies across the State of Texas.

Also added to the Darkhorse family is its Construction Division, which performs Demolition, Renovations, Tenant Improvement and Final Cleaning Services for several construction and development firms across North and Central Texas. While the Red Team still stand ready to offer its services with its Special Operations Capabilities, Natural Disaster, HAZMAT and National Emergency response and recovery capabilities.

Darkhorse also stays involved in the local community by sponsoring youth sports throughout the Diamond Hill and North Side areas of Fort Worth. Darkhorse also makes an annual donation to the Wounded Warriors Project and the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
